Manufactured with high-purity sensor elements protected by a heavy-gauge AISI 316L stainless steel thermowell sheath, the sensor withstands high temperatures, thermal shock, mechanical vibration, and corrosive process fluids. The assembly features an industry-standard 1/2" BSP male threaded hex nipple for secure leak-tight installation into pipe tees and vessel sockets. The weather-proof IP67 die-cast aluminum connection head (Form B) contains a high-temperature ceramic terminal block with screw terminals, or can accommodate an optional 4-20mA head-mounted temperature transmitter.
