Designed for electrical enclosures, machine skids, and distribution boards where cutting rectangular holes in enclosure doors is prohibited or structurally undesirable, the DRR224 integrates a full digital operator interface directly onto the rail-mounted unit. The faceplate features dual digital LED displays: 4 digits of 0.52" height displaying Process Variable (PV) and 5 digits of 0.30" height displaying Setpoint (SP) and alarm codes, accompanied by four programming keys. Operators can observe process values and adjust temperature targets directly inside the electrical cabinet without requiring a separate remote HMI display. A high-accuracy 16-bit universal analog input accepts thermocouples (K, S, R, J, T, E, N, B with cold junction compensation across -25..85 °C), RTDs (Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, Ni100, PTC 1k, NTC 10k), linear process signals (0..10 V, 0/4..20 mA, 0..60 mV), and potentiometers up to 150 kΩ. High-speed sampling (up to 2.1 ms) delivers tight regulation even on rapid thermal cycling.
