It converts problematic two-pipe oil burner supply systems into a clean, highly reliable single-pipe installation. Air entrapped in heating oil causes severe burner operational problems: pump cavitation, noisy combustion, nozzle dripping, soot formation, and frequent safety lockouts. The SPX Tigerloop continuously extracts all gas and air bubbles from the oil supply line before the fuel enters the burner pump. De-aerated oil is recycled within the Tigerloop chamber, allowing only the exact amount of fuel consumed by the flame to be drawn from the main storage tank. This reduces oil line velocity, eliminates return line friction, prevents pipe leaks, and extends oil pump lifespan significantly across commercial steam boilers and industrial heating plants.
